The water at Taharoa Domain is not supplied from a potable water source. You will need to bring your own drinking water with you. The water supplied is only to be used for cleaning, showering and the toilets.
When booking non-powered camping at our campground, you require spaces equivalent to the number of people in your group, including children 5 years and older. You are not booking a site. This is to ensure we do not exceed our allowable maximum campers in the campground at any given time.
Non-powered campers can set up anywhere in the campground, excluding the powered sites area, and is a first come basis. The non-powered camping area is outlined in red on this map.
When booking powered camping at our campgrounds, charges apply per person/per night. Each site is capped to a maximum of five people (including children 5 years and over). This is to ensure we do not exceed our allowable maximum campers in the campground at any given time.
Please bring a single phase 15amp round plug to connect to the power supply (caravan plug). Powered sites as indicated in this map.
Kitchen facilities are not available onsite.
Ice is for sale subject to availability. As there is a huge demand for bags of ice and we carry limited stock of both party ice and salt ice, we recommend bringing your ice with you to avoid disappointment.
